still warm at least

Okay, so I missed an hour and it's now 3PM. It may sound weird but we're actually glad to see sleet! The weatherman has been saying all day that we'd rather have sleet then rain because sleet won't stick to the power lines, it'll just bounce off...well, finally some of the rain has begun to change! Of course, the weatherman says not to get too excited and that it'll probably switch back to rain again before dark but we'll see. I guess we're getting closer to sunset now and it's definitely WAY colder outside now then it was a few hours ago. There is a definite build up of ice on the bushes and grass and pretty much everywhere and it's looking more and more gloomy out. We're just doing our best to stay cozied up inside watching TV and playing video games. They're still forcasting more rain and sleet for the rest of today and into tonight and then sometime tonight it will turn to beautiful white snowflakes and we'll get snow all the way through tomorrow afternoon. We could get anywhere from 5 to 10 inches! I'm actually looking forward to that part. It'll be much nicer to look at then yucky ice falling from the clouds. Anyway, we still have power and heat and hope that it lasts! The video games are done charging and the cell phones are plugged in, as well as our computers, so that we can have them fully charged in case the power goes out this evening or overnight. We should be set! Hopefully, though, we just end up watching movies all evening and sleeping in tomorrow in a warm house! That would be like a mini vacation!
