Today, Casey and Rae's youth group in Ponca City (NOW Youth Ministries) hosted a skateboard event where they brought in a skate team along with two bands to draw in the community and promote their youth group! They also had bounces houses for the kids to enjoy! The boys had spent the weekend with their Noni and Papa in Ponca City and so I went this week to pick them up. While we were in town we stopped by the Ponca Plaza to check out the action! First up...we watched the skate team do their thang!
Then we enjoyed some music! It was more of a "youth friendly" sound and a bit too loud for Ash but Maddox wanted to get up close and so Aunt Rae took him closer to the stage while Ashtyn, Elia and I kept our distance!

Then, of course, the boys worked up quite a sweat in the bounce houses...and I mean REALLY WORKED UP A SWEAT! When we left, Maddox literally looked like he had jumped into a swimming pool in his clothes and then went walking around! He was soaked!
We had fun in PC but are now very happy to be home! The boys hadn't seen Brandon since Saturday and so as soon as they could they made daddy get in the pool and are now watching movies in the playroom! There's no place like home!

I wish they made a jump house for adults....
God really answered a lot of prayer for that day! I am so thankful to Him for creating such a success through Casey and RaeAnna and their team. Goooooo God!!!!!
I'm so glad you guys were able to make it for the event! It was a lot of fun and we are already discussing next years! :)
