This week was Red Ribbon Week in the Mustang Public Schools and so each day the kids were able to wear something specific to represent drug free week! The theme for Red Ribbon Week was "Honor" and they taught the kids about honoring themselves enough to stay drug free. On Monday, Ash wore a hat to school. On Tuesday, he wore his sunglasses. Wednesday, he wore the schools Drug Free t-shirt we had purchased last month which had the schools logo and mascot on the front and on the back the definition of "honor". Then today, the kids were asked to dress like their favorite superhero! Ash didn't wear an actual costume only because it was freezing outside today and those costumes are so thin but he did wear his spiderman t-shirt and matching sweat band! HA! I loved taking pictures of him this morning! He was so excited to wear his spidey gear to school! Can't you tell by his awesome poses!!??
