kindergarten feast

This morning Ashtyn had a Thanksgiving Feast at school! Parents were invited and also asked to bring a food item. We volunteered to bring cupcakes decorated in fall colored frosting. Both kindergarten classes came together to perform a turkey song before we chowed down! Ash did a great job on his song and was proud of the turkey he had made. The feast included rolled up turkey lunch meat, corn, green beans, rolls, cookies, cupcakes and pudding! It was alot of fun and Maddox didn't mind eating corn at 9:30 in the morning! The only disappointing moment came when we reached the front of the food line and all of the cupcakes we had brought were gone. Ash was looking forward to eating a cupcake (which he kept calling a pancake!)...maybe we can bake some for a snack later!!
