perfect playdate

On Thursday, we had a TON to do in preparation for Casey, Rae and Elia's visit on Friday. We were also preparing for our family Christmas pictures Friday morning and simply doing routine cleaning and laundry...plus baking, which is just for fun!! Anyway, I knew I had a ton to do so I was crossing my fingers and saying prayers hoping for the boys to get along and even help out so that the day would go smoothly and we could get our long to-do list completed!! Well, my prayers were answered! The weather was nice enough for the boys to go outside (another answered prayer) and they played REALLY well together! They played pretend and went down the slide and dug in the sand! It was perfect! I took these pictures "incognito" from the kitchen window while the boys played unaware that I was zoomed in on them from afar! It doesn't get any better then this!
