"Nature looks dead in winter because her life is gathered into her heart. She withers the plant down to the root that she may grow it up again fairer and stronger. She calls her family together within her inmost home to prepare them for being scattered abroad upon the face of the earth." Hugh Macmillan

puzzled
When I was with my family over Thanksgiving we girls did some shopping and I found a couple christmas puzzles that I wanted to try my hand at!! This week I opened my first 1000 piece puzzle and dug right in. At first, I seemed to be moving along pretty quickly but now I've hit a rough patch. Sigh. I guess I'll just keep plugging along and give it my best shot but last night, as I was working hard to find even one more piece that would fit, Ashtyn walked up to me and said "I don't think you're going to finish this until AFTER Christmas..." Thanks Ashtyn. Thanks so much. Ha!!!!

You need one of those big puzzle boards that you can move around the house. That way it's not taking up your coffee table 24/7. The boards have a ridge around the edge so they don't slip off. Yet, maybe they don't make them anymoer!!!!!!!!!!!!
