not-so-wacky wednesday

This week was Dr. Seuss' birthday and to celebrate Maddox's school had Wacky Wednesday! The kids were given the opportunity to dress as crazy as they wanted to for school! Now, you may be looking at Maddox's outfit and saying to yourself "that doesn't look too crazy..." but this is about as wacky as I could get Maddox to go! I finally convinced him to wear mismatched shoes and mismatched socks with one pant leg rolled up to show off his crazy sock! Then we simply turned Maddox's t-shirt backwards. It may not have been way out there but it was crazy enough by Maddox's definition and he had fun going to school like this! I have a sneaking suspicion that Maddox may not be the biggest fan of dress-up during homecoming week in high school...unless, of course, he's a star football player (like I'm not-so-secretly hoping!) then I'll have to force him to show his school spirit!!!! :)
