"Nature looks dead in winter because her life is gathered into her heart. She withers the plant down to the root that she may grow it up again fairer and stronger. She calls her family together within her inmost home to prepare them for being scattered abroad upon the face of the earth." Hugh Macmillan

FROM "STOLE MY HEART"
Feeling organized takes on a whole new meaning after you have kids. No longer do you obsessively make sure the canned goods in the kitchen cabinet are lined up in alphabetical order but instead you worry that you have enough diapers and wipies in the diaper bag for the next day. No longer does it matter if the laundry is caught up at all times but instead you do your best to keep track of each kids school calendar and when their projects are due, parties are scheduled and when you're scheduled to be parent helper. No longer do you stress about the beds being made every day or the kids toys staying sorted in their specific baskets but instead you're lucky just to get dinner on the table at a decent hour...even if it is mostly something heated out of a box! Being a mom changes your priorities, changes your thought process and most definitely changes your definition of "organized."
