FROM "JUST LAUGH"
I swear, ever since Maddox was born he has been a CRAZY sleeper!! As a baby we would find him in a variety of bizarre positions in his crib. We saw him in everything from "booty in the air" to "legs through the bars of the crib" and "spread eagle". Not much has changed over the last nearly 5 years and to this day we will check on the boys as we go to bed and see that Maddox has fallen out of bed, turned sideways with his head hanging off the edge of the bed or even scooted himself to the very end of the bed with his head now facing the opposite direction!! Everything about the way Maddox sleeps screams crazy and fits his personality perfectly!! Well a couple of nights ago, as he always does, Maddox made his way to mommy and daddy's bed in the wee-hours of the morning. Brandon moved to the sofa and Maddox crawled in bed with me. It wasn't until the next morning when my alarm went off that I realized just how strange this normal routine really was. As my alarm went off, I reached over and turned it off and then threw back the covers to get up and get moving. I turned around to check on Maddox who was sleeping next to me and that's when I was shocked awake! More awake then I've jumped out of bed in a long time! Why!?!? You may not even believe me when I tell you this but you seriously can't make this stuff up...MADDOX WAS NUDE!!!! Yep!! You heard me right, Maddox was 100% completely and totally NAKED!!!! Huh!?!? I just started laughing and yelling for Brandon to "get in here". I must have woken Maddox with all the commotion because he opened his eyes and began to get out of the bed. Still cracking up, I asked Madddox "Why are you naked?" He just shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know..." I walked around the side of the bed, as Maddox ran to his bedroom to find some underwear, and found that there was Maddox's pajamas and a wet pull-up laying on the floor. The only explanation I could come up with was that Maddox must have come into my room, realized he was wet and then just stripped down and climbed into my bed!! Good grief!! Just when you think your kids couldn't possibly do anything to top themselves they don't dissapoint!!!! Ha!!!!
