noah and the birthday cake

Last month my nephew turned ONE!!!! Noah wasn't too interested in opening presents so big sister, Elia, had to help out. Noah just wanted to sit on his new green, inflatable donkey and watch! That worked out well considering Elia was MORE than willing to open every single present!

What a beautiful big sister!

It was finally time for Noah to eat his cake. We sang Happy Birthday and his mom helped him blow out his candle. At first, Noah wasn't too sure about eating cake and frosting with his fingers but after he got a really good taste of the sweet, chocolate frosting he dug in pretty good!

I think, in the end, he enjoyed his cake!

It's hard to believe that, not only Noah, but all the little ones in my family are growing up so fast. It makes me feel old and I wish every single day that time would slow down but I'm also having the time of my life watching all these kiddo's grow up! I'm loving every second! Happy Birthday Noah! Auntie loves you very much! (But, if you want, you can stop growing now...)
