"Nature looks dead in winter because her life is gathered into her heart. She withers the plant down to the root that she may grow it up again fairer and stronger. She calls her family together within her inmost home to prepare them for being scattered abroad upon the face of the earth." Hugh Macmillan

on ramp, off ramp
On my parents latest visit my dad had a brilliant idea! He and the boys were going to make ramps for their remote control cars! Of course, the boys were excited and more than eager to help! My dad made a trip to Lowe's for all of the supplies they would need and then they got right to work. Maddox even wore construction "war paint" (aka...chalk line powder) on his face and without further ado the manliness began! The boys carried boards, measured, drilled and ultimately had a blast playing with their new ramps. THANK YOU GRAMPA MIKE!!!! We are still enjoying our ramps to this day!
