Maddox's 1st grade music performance was too cute for words! All of the school's first grade classes were involved and they performed to a barnyard theme. Maddox's class played the part of the farmer. I may be a bit partial but I think our little farmer was the cutest!!!!

 

Maddox was very proud that he had a speaking part in the music program. He actually volunteered for the part, which is very exciting because up until now Maddox has always been too shy to try out for speaking parts in any school or church programs. We were very proud! It was exciting to hear Maddox speak into the microphone much louder than any of the other kids! He nearly YELLED his part! Ha! That speaks directly to Maddox's personality. He may be a bit shy at times but his loud and carrying voice must have been given to him for a reason. God only knows what it will come in handy for in the future.
