HAPPY 100th!!

No...not birthday! Today, after all the school cancellations due to snow, was FINALLY Ashtyn's 100th day of school! They had fun activities all week at school leading up to this day and today Ash got to wear the t-shirt he made celebrating the occasion! Every student was asked to make a t-shirt that had 100 things on it...you could do whatever you wanted! Some kids simply placed stickers on their tees while others went all out and put 100 feathers on theirs! Ash even said that one kid in his class had somehow attached 100 small toys to a t-shirt! WOW! That's a dedicated mom! Ash, though, chose a shirt at Hobby Lobby and a pack of stamps themed like zoo animals. Then we stamped 100 animals onto his tee with puff paint. Well, actually, Ash helped with about the first 30 stamps and then got "bored" leaving me to finish the job! We had alot of fun with this project, though, and got to practice counting to 100!!

We get to celebrate 100 day this coming Tuesday. I usually plan too many things but that's ok.

Love the shirt. Wish we could do something like that.
