once upon a time...

Ever since we moved to Mustang I have wanted to take my boys to the story time classes at the public library but unfortunately Ash and Maddox are just far enough apart in age that they didn't qualify for the same class and so, since there's only one of me and two of them I haven't been able to take them to any of the classes while both of them were at home all day. So, if there's a silver lining to my boys being in school it's that I have them at home one at a time and now Maddox gets the chance to attend story time! Today was our first time to go and, at first, Maddox was a bit unsure about it but he warmed up pretty quickly and had a really good time! He agreed that he wants to go back next week! And I'll admit that I can't wait either! We sang songs and read books and then they even had a craft! All of the songs and books were themed around the fair (since the state fair is in town) and so for a craft the kids each made a ferris wheel! Maddox did great! We had a blast!
