Elia invented a game where SHE was a mermaid and had LOTS of money and the boys were supposed to capture her because they wanted to be rich!! Ha Ha Ha!! I'm not sure how their little minds think of these games but it was very cute!!

All the kids decided they wanted to get on the floaty raft...the only problem was when they all got on the raft it would sink!! What was especially funny was that when Ash wanted them all to get back ON the raft he would shout "ABANDON SHIP!!" Hahaha!! I think they have it a little backwards but they sure were having fun!!
Then everyone came inside to do a Camp Cousin craft with Gramma Pennie!! Gramma had bought three bandanas, stencils and paint and the kids decorated them!! Then Gramma Pennie wrote "Camp Cousin" on each of them. We hung one in the house and one in each car!! I think we're set for the week!!
Ashtyn decorated his portion of the flag with farm animals!
Elia decorated her area with monkeys!
And Maddox decorated with robots!
They turned out really really cute!!
Then the kids played games while we got dinner and dessert ready...
After a dinner of build-your-own sandwiches, we had rice krispie pops (made with Cap'n Crunch!!) and watched a movie!! The kids were already super exhausted (even though it's only day one...) because they spent the weekend before Camp Cousin at Noni and Papa's house and did ALOT of playing and swimming. So, it was a good night to go to bed early and catch up on sleep before the busy week ahead!! I can't wait!!
Ashtyn opted for a piece of toast instead of a krispie pop...one day he'll realize all he's missed out on...
What a fun Camp Cousin Day #1!! The week ahead has alot of fun things planned and I can't wait to get started!! Camp Cousin 2011 HERE WE COME!!!!
