FROM "kid conversations"

Maddox came home from school yesterday and rushed straight to the bathroom. He doesn't like to go...#2...at school and so holds it until he gets home. This time when he finally got to the bathroom he had diarrhea. When I realized that his tummy was upset, I went in the bathroom...

Me: "Maddox, are you OK? Do you have diarrhea?"
Maddox: "Yes, my tummy hurts..."
Me: "I wonder why you have diarrhea...???"
Maddox: "Well, my brain worked REALLY hard today..."

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! I know my poor baby had a stomach ache and I was trying to be as compassionate as possible but when he suggested that his tummy troubles were caused by the fact that he worked so hard at school I couldn't help but laugh...on the inside of course!! Poor Maddox... :(
