Tomorrow morning we are leaving on a road trip to visit my family in Connecticut!! We will be gone for ELEVEN DAYS and so over the last couple of weeks have been trying to eat every last perishable item in our house so that we don't waste anything...well, I think we've succeeded!! Our refrigerator and snack cabinet are literally bare!! In fact, I don't know what we're going to eat over the weekend!! Ha!! But I'm pretty proud of us. We've been super creative with our meals and come up with some creations that we never would have otherwise. It's actually been an adventure of sorts!!
