Call me paranoid, but after Maddox woke up with a fever I got started at about 8AM and disinfected EVERY SINGLE TOY in our house! Yes, it took all day but it's now 5:30 and all I have left to do is tackle the toy box which won't take too long! Hopefully it will help the boys to get better faster and also prevent anyone else from getting sick. Keep your fingers crossed! Also, laugh at me if you want, but I kept some windows open today (even though it's really cold outside) because I formed a theory that maybe some of the germs inside our house would escape if I left the windows open. Also, it was nice to have some fresh air come through when I constantly felt like I was breathing flu germs. Yuck. Anyway, whether or not the "window theory" works I did get alot done today and hope that my babies will recover quickly! Thanks for all your prayers! We really do appreciate it!

Its a boring chore but I think you will be thankful that you took the time to clean the toys. Just try not to let the kids play with them until they aren't contagious anymore. Store them in garbage bags or something.....
Awwwww I hope they feel better! I hate seeing babies when they are sick.
Questions for you...I always just filled the bathtub with bleach and water and dumped the toys in there. Are you supposed to hand wash them?
You just don't want to "soak" the toys in bleach. Plastic tends to keep bleach in it's pores which is not good for children. If the toys are hollow, bleach water inside is unhealthy also. Rinse them in the sink or tub ... either way, just don't soak.
This "flu" is scary...I am sure that you have many people praying for you and your little family...We love you ...get better...by the way...Your table and counter are quite colorful...!
