sudden snooze

Every so often both of my boys still enjoy an afternoon nap!! (This mama ain't complaining!!) They usually go days without napping but then just seem to crash in the afternoon for a day or two in a row. One day this week Maddox was watching Spiderman cartoons on the sofa and I was putting away laundry in the bedrooms. Maddox had just hollared for me from the sofa wanting more to drink and I called back to him, through the house, telling him I'd be there "in just a minute". I literally walked into the living room within five minutes of Maddox calling for me and found Maddox passed out on the sofa. It looks like he dozed off and just fell right over onto his side!! Ha!! He was out too because he snoozed the entire afternoon until we had to go pick up Ash from school!! Maddox got his rest and I, of course, enjoyed the quiet afternoon!!
