great wall of Maddox

Brothers will be brothers and boys will be boys...you don't really know the truth in those statements UNTIL YOU HAVE BOYS!!!! Ha!! A couple days ago the boys were sitting at the dining room table coloring while I made lunch. Well, for whatever reason, Maddox decided that he didn't want Ash to see what he was drawing and so he began getting different toys and stuffed animals from his room and building them up in the center of the table...sort of as a wall to keep Ash from looking at his paper. I'm sure I don't have to type much further for you to know that this didn't end well. It was only a matter of minutes before Ash was removing a toy each time Maddox would run down the hallway to retrieve another and it was only minutes after that when Maddox discovered that his wall wasn't growing as fast as it should. Then the crying began. Maddox was already ready for a nap so it didn't help that he was getting aggrivated. Sigh. Eventually, I had to just laugh to myself and then get BOTH boys in trouble! Maddox for building the "wall" and Ashtyn for sabotaging it. Goodness gracious! You just never know what's going to happen around the Knight house!
