camp cousin 2013 day seven

Unfortunately, Camp Cousin Day #7 did not go as planned AT ALL!!!! Usually, the last day of camp cousin is a splurging day for the mommies while the daddies get to watch the kids all by themselves. This year, though, both Uncle Casey and Brandon ended up having to work at the last minute and so that left only Uncle Kevin. If it had just been the three older kids we totally would have left them with Uncle Kevin but with both Noah and James in the mix it just didn't seem fair. So, instead of torturing Kevin we decided we would have to plan a sister day for some other time and kind of ended camp early. Bummer.

The kids enjoyed some early morning playtime and cartoons. Like I said in a previous post, Maddox is SUCH a good little babysitter. He played on the floor with Noah for quite awhile! And notice, Maddox is still wearing his camp cousin scavenger hunt medal! Ha!

Rae ended up packing up herself and her kids and heading home about midday while me and James spent the rest of the day cuddling and taking cute pictures!

Next year we will have yet another cousin joining our group as my baby sister Karianne is due with her second little boy in November! The brood is growing and as the old saying says "The more the merrier!" I can't wait!!!!
