Maddox, Maddox, Maddox. Sigh. He keeps me guessing. He FOR SURE keeps me on my toes! Maddox gets so mad when we approach him while he's throwing a fit and secretly that makes me want to go near him even more! (That's horrible, I know. I just can't help it!) Of all of the fit throwing kids in this world I have to hand it to Maddox, I think he makes top 5 of the most creative. Whether he rolls himself up into a rug, shuts himself into a kitchen cabinet or, as on this day, sits sulking in his room wearing a mask themed after a video game character Maddox takes the cake when it comes to using any and every method to get his fit throwing message across. It shouldn't, but it makes me laugh on the inside. I know that within moments I'm going to have to deal with the situation and give Maddox a good dose of real life lessons telling him the right and wrong way to get his emotions out and so for one brief moment I can't help but chuckle on the inside. I'm not sure if Maddox will grow out of this or if it'll just transition into manly sized fits of shopping sprees at Bass Pro and obsessively waxing his Harley in his man cave garage but either way I have to document these moments either as long gone memories or as a fair warning to his future wife!
