FROM "from Ashtyn's lips..."

I was in the laundry room and Ashtyn came around the corner looking very concered...

Ash: "Mom, I have a confession to make..."
Me: "What is it?"
Ash: "Well, at school, Mrs. Haas tells us she doesn't want us to talk about Spongebob and the other day a boy in my class tried to talk to me about Spongebob and I didn't want to get in trouble so I told him I didn't know what Spongebob is!"

Oh Ashtyn! I'm sure he's been carrying guilt over this all week! It will always work in Ashtyn's favor that he is such a people pleaser! I talked with Ash about lying and what he could have said instead and he seemed happy with my solution! I couldn't help but laugh later when I told Brandon of our conversation. Ash is so cute!
