"Nature looks dead in winter because her life is gathered into her heart. She withers the plant down to the root that she may grow it up again fairer and stronger. She calls her family together within her inmost home to prepare them for being scattered abroad upon the face of the earth." Hugh Macmillan

Beef! It's what's for dinner!
Last week, Ashtyn brought home his first project homework from school!! We love projects and crafts!! For Thanksgiving, Ashtyn's teacher asked us to cut out a plain white paper turkey and decorate him in a disguise so that he wouldn't be eaten for Thanksgiving dinner! Ha! It was a fun and cute idea! We disguised Ash's turkey as Batman! He turned out really cute and Ash was very proud! When we took his picture with the turkey in disguise Ash wanted to do a smiling one and a funny face one! He's so cute!
