Last weekend, Ash and Maddox were playing outside while I cleaned inside. Ash suddenly came running in shouting, "Mom! Mom! There's a note for you on the front porch!" I was a little freaked out and a little excited all at the same time! Why would there be a note for me on the front porch!?!? When I got closer to the screen door I saw a folded up piece of notebook paper sitting on the porch. Ash was skipping ahead of me and opened the door wide, eager to get outside and pick up the note. Ash stooped down for the note and turned to hand it to me in one quick motion. I was pretty sure I knew what was going on...!!!

I opened my note and read what was written inside. It read "Der mom I thik yor the gatis mom in the wrld sind sekrit mirur" If you need the translation that means "Dear mom, I think you're the greatest mom in the world. Signed, Secret Admirer" Aaawww!! Ash was beaming from ear to ear but wouldn't admit that he had written the note. I tried to get it out of him but he insisted that it was from a secret admirer and so I played along. I guess I never truly found out who my "secret admirer" was but I'm happy to have him and I'll cherish this note forever!
