Every now and then it's super exciting to do something different on a typically routine day! In fact, when you do something even mildly entertaining but do it on a day that is normally same ol, same ol it makes it that more exciting! A few weeks ago, on a Sunday after church instead of going home to eat one of my typical Sunday afternoon recipes we took the boys to lunch out at a local Mexican restaurant and then surprised them by taking them to Game Stop to purchase the newly released Mario Kart 8!!!! This surprise, while small in the grand scheme of things, was a huge hit! We then went home, changed into our sweats and played course after course! We even skipped nap time! Watch out people...the Knight family is going CRAZY!!!!
