I don't take this exit too often anymore but when I do I make sure and say a special prayer for all of the families who drive this route each day taking their babies to Children's Hospital. This is the route my friends, the Everaard's, would take as they drove their son for chemo treatments, doctor's visits and lengthy hospital stays. I can't even begin to imagine what must go through the minds of each and every family of a chronically ill child as they take this exit. Will you join me? When you take exit 151C off of I-40 East say a quick prayer of comfort, peace and healing for the children and their families who would much rather not be taking this exit. It's the least we can do.
