In preparation for Easter, I bought the boys some simple crafts from Hobby Lobby just to spend the afternoon doing and have some fun!! The first was an Easter themed paddle ball that the boys could decorate on their own!! We had fun coloring them and they did a really good job but then when the boys tried to actually "paddle" with the paddle ball the cheap little craft didn't last too long. Now, granted, the boys were playing with the paddle balls outside and may have been using them for things not originally designed for the paddle ball to do...but nevertheless Maddox was the first to walk in with a broken paddle ball and Ashtyn followed him soon after. Oh well. I guess that's why these crafts cost $1.00 each! HA!! Anyway, it was fun while it lasted!!

Ashtyn is losing his preschooler's smile and getting a big boy one ... Maddox's preschool smile is in full form!!!
Yes! I thought the SAME thing when I posted these pics! Ash is growing up!
