snow confessions

IT'S SNOWING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is our first snow of the winter and we are so excited!! Sure the ground is too warm and so the only accumulation we got was while the snow was still falling but it is beautiful and so much fun!! We made sure to bundle up and get outside during lunch before the snow melted and I'm glad we did because it stopped snowing about an hour ago and the grass is already showing again. Bummer. It was fun while it lasted, though, and we played as long as we could!!

This was Charlie's first snow and so we were eager to get him outside and see how he would react! He actually really loved it and at times I don't even think he noticed it was there! Ha!!

I have to tell a funny story too! This morning when I picked Maddox up from school he kind of "told on" his teacher! As he buckled into his car seat he said "Mrs. Johnson said that if we are rowdy the snow will melt but if we are good it will keep snowing! I'm going to be REALLY GOOD so it'll snow ALOT!!" Ha!! I think Mrs. Johnson may be onto something... :)
