We were actually the only ones at the Splash Pad for quite some time...which my sister said has never happened to them before...but we were excited and the kids had a blast!! I think Noah would have had more fun if he could have gotten in with everyone too!!
After lunch, we headed over to Noni's house to visit with Brandon's side of the family!! Noni had found a croquet set at a garage sale and so the boys set it up in the backyard and played. I'm pretty sure they were making up their own rules but it kept them entertained for quite some time!!
Then Uncle Tyler surprised us all by getting off work early and showing up for a visit. We didn't think we were going to get to see him at all and so we were really excited!! Maddox LOVES his Uncle Tyler so much and goes right into "boy" mode as soon as he sees him. Maddox dropped that croquet mallet so fast and ran toward Tyler showing off his wrestling moves!! Ha!! Good thing Uncle Tyler was ready for him!!

I'm always afraid he's gonna fall in, but Maddox loves to explore Noni's backyard and play with any and everything!! This trip he found a net and was using it to scoop things out of Noni's koi pond. I'm not sure he was supposed to be scooping things out but he thought he was being a big helper...
I don't get to see my niece, Natalie, very often so I tried to get as much video and as many pictures as I could. Life shouldn't be so busy AND I wish we lived closer together. I'm looking forward to getting to see her way more this summer though. We're just going to have to MAKE time!!
Uncle B got alot of baby time in on this trip. Between Noah and Natalie I'm secretly hoping and praying that he'll catch baby fever...!!!! Shhhh, don't tell him I told you that!!!!
We ended the official first full day of summer with some good ol' fashion tree climbing...OK, it's really a very big bush but it's still climbing and was alot of fun!! Ha!! Go Maddox Go!!
