team auntie

We got home from Dallas on Saturday evening, went to church Sunday and then "dark and early" Monday morning (we had to leave the house at 6:30AM!!) we left our house to make the 2-hour drive to Ponca City to pick up our niece and nephew, Elia and Noah!! We were keeping them for the week while Casey and Rae took their youth group to church camp!! I was SO excited!! The kids all get along so well and I was super pumped to have a baby in the house again!!

Once we got back to Mustang, Noah was READY to get out of his car seat!! And I was happy to see that smile!!

We spent our first day at Auntie Ucka's house just layin' around and playing!!

Oh...and napping of course!! Well, Noah got a nap at least...

No joke, Maddox is an exact replica of my youngest, Maddox. It's almost freaky how much they look alike!! They definitely favor me and my sister's side of the family but still...THEY ARE LIKE TWINS!!!! Creepy!! Sometimes when I was cuddling Noah I would look down and almost feel like I had gone into the Twilight Zone and was holding Maddox 5 years ago all over again. It made me happy and sad all at the same time...

Noah and I had alot of fun conversations!! This one was interrupted by some very important business, though...

That first day with all four kids was easy until bedtime. I'm not gonna lie and say it was a breeze to get them all fed, bathed, calmed down, cozy and asleep...but I eventually got there and then when I went to check on the kids before I myself went to bed I noticed something funny...Elia and Noah sleep exactly the same way!! Ha!! It must run in the family...!!!

I know this week is going to be long but we have alot of fun stuff planned and I'm excited to get started!!
