I love dress up weeks at school! What's really funny about that is that when I was in school I was too shy to dress up...but now that I have kids of my own and they actually get excited about dressing up I totally get into it too! Recently, the boys school had Red Ribbon Week. Obviously, they learn all about being drug free and making good choices during this week but they also get to have extra fun by dressing up each day! There wasn't too many crazy dress up days this year but we still had fun getting outfits together and deciding together what the boys would wear.
On Monday, the boys had to dress in Red, White and Blue! Peace!
On Tuesday, the boys had to wear either OU or OSU colors! Go Pokes!
On Wednesday, the boys had to dress as what they want to be when they grow up! Ash dressed up as a scientist and Maddox dressed up as a football player!
On Thursday, the boys wore their Thunder gear! Thunder Up! (Maddox is pretending like he's going to slam dunk...)
And on Friday, the boys had to wear their "Unite the Fight" drug free tees we bought from the school! So handsome!
Like I said, there wasn't too many crazy-type days this year but I did love that the boys dressed up as a scientist and football player on career day and that is EXACTLY what they dressed up as last year on the same day! I guess they're committed!
